Today's event! Preparations are underway

Good afternoon everyone! 

Work is diligently underway here at Elf Headquarters and we are anxiously awaiting all of our runner’s arrival! We have decided to move the Catalinas’ concert inside due to the weather, we will be enjoying the Catalinas’ in the SCS gym starting around 5:30, this is sure to be a jolly good time. The kids Fun Run will be cancelled due to the wet conditions on the field, for safety reasons it is not wise to use the inflatables. There is still plenty of fun to be had so be sure to join us and enjoy the  2014 Running of the Elves.

Online Registration Closes at Midnight

Online registration closes at midnight tonight. 


Registration is open tomorrow 4-630 at early back pick up. 


Registration will be open Saturday starting at 4pm. 


See everyone then.  And the weather will be clearing out by the race start and will be perfect.

EARLY BAG PICK UP AND RACE DAY

Hello Elves,


Early bag pick up is on Friday 4-6:30pm and Saturday starting at 4pm.  We are also taking registrations during these times.  Everyone will get a shirt, those who register on Friday or Saturday, may have to come back and pick up their shirts.  We have ordered extra shirts and those are available on a first come basis.

Race Day Parking will be in the back parking lot at Western Avenue Baptist Church (next door to HQ).  We will have persons directing all cars to the proper parking areas.

Registration is still open online. It will be open until midnight Thursday. Registration will be available Friday at early bag pick up and Saturday starting at 4pm. Race will start at 6pm Sharp.

Catalinas will start at 5pm and continue after the race. Bring a chair and relax
